The most imposing fact is that an individual develops her or his learning through firsthand experience in a workplace. It needs to be kept in mind that theoretical learning can only provide a fi rm knowledge of what needs to do; however empirical learning provides an individual with practical knowledge of how a person would deal with certain circumstances. The following paper thus reflects how my own working experience has helped me develop my learning with a critical and profound assessment of my overall performance (Clarke, 2013). I have experience in working as a manager in a restaurant that serves the customers with seafood. There are seven staffs working altogether, including the waiting staff and the receptionist, the cooks and the facility staffs. Leading all of them has been a remarkable experience since I have been heading the path so as to show the subordinates a proper way of dealing with the customers and become accustomed with the company policies and regulations (Greenfield, Keup Gardner, 2013). As a manager I am held responsible for both administrative and business activities of the restaurant. While looking back to the first day at the company, the process of induction was one of the most impactful moments in my life. There have been several lessons that became integral parts of my learning. Since I was deployed as the senior manager of the restaurant, I was supposed to be taking into account; overall business activities keeping in mind the core business aims and objectives. Being an organizatio nal leader, I was also supposed to be identifying certain specific borders and fringes of my working ability. As a matter of fact, this has been taken into certain consideration pertaining to the effective understanding of the entire case with the effective understanding of the basic case. I would like to segment my work experience in different time period as I have realized that with due time I have significantly changed the method of my work. The company that I have been working with has undergone certain transition. During this period, I was able to formulate some exemplary strategies that I was learning during my course. Since this has been effective under certain circumstance the basic idea was about the effective changes in terms of making it a positive criterion with the effective understanding of the entire case. The process of strategizing the plans pertaining to the increase of sales and become one of the strongest competitors in the market was executed firmly through strong decision making process. Through the experience and observation of my practical learning process, the value lessons have been authenticated specifically while working in the primary stage. At that point of time I was only supposed to finalize how to manage the team as initially I faced a challenge of building a stable team. Most of the waiting staff would work as part timer. They did not last long since most of them were the students who would work as daily waged workers. This is how I was not able to build a stable team that resulted in certain communication gap. It continued for a couple of months and I decided to resolve the problem. I categorized my job role on three different aspects of my work. First I started focusing on the settlement of human resource department. Since I was the only working manager in the restaurant, I held the responsibility to focus on all the aspects. My first motto was to develop a leadership quality. As a matter of fact, this has been taken into certain consideration pertaining to the effective culture of my job. I effectively created a committee where most of the working staffs would be performing the core business activity since this has been taken into certain consideration with the effective chances. I found that the workforce in the restaurant was filled with diverse cultural entities; people from different cultural and ethnic background would gather and work together. Since this has happened with the effective chances, the basic concept had to be taken into certain consideration. Since this has been effective in terms of making a proper understanding with the effective chances, there has been a positive criterion for the entire workforce to come into single objective. Moreover, in terms of hospitality business, the relationship becomes far more intricate as the external stakeholders are prioritized because of core business objective. Since this has remained a blissful understanding that the stakeholders play quite effective role in the decision making process of carrying out the business plans while encompassing a comprehensive market study, a formulating process ought to be devised. As per the analytical observation of Enz, intelligibility of an organization pertaining to the need of both the stakeholders is quite essential since it helps the company achieve a cumulative goal that has long been set for the purpose of profit maximization. The association of the chosen hotel chain has remained effectively stringent in identifying the most essential stakeholders of the company. In the hospitality business, the guests and clients are consid ered to be the external stakeholders. They are known to be completing the objectives of the hotel in a particular time frame. Since our restaurant provides the customers with a blissful and 5 star ambience and luxurious facility, considering the external stakeholders among the most delegate people becomes an obligatory responsibility of the company. More than the customers and the clients, the hotel identifies the suppliers as the external stakeholders as well. Having its own food and beverage facility store, the hotel preserves the right in the selection of the suppliers. As a matter of fact, it has been observed that most of the suppliers act as the client of multiple organizations. This becomes pragmatic as they are in contract with the other hotel chains or individual hotels as well. Hence it becomes essential to keep a positive check on the suppliers as most of the companies want to retain the best and the cheapest suppliers to ensure cutting of cost with the effective chances. As a matter of fact, this has been taken into certain consideration with the effective understanding of the entire case. In order to maintain a stronger relationship between the stakeholders the organizations need to be strategizing effective plans. These plans are going to e effective in terms of making it proper understanding with the effective chances in terms of clearing the doubt with the process (Vann, Coleman Simpson, 2014). Since the suppliers are acknowledged to be one of the strongest hotel partners, there needs to be a properly authenticated contract mentioning and ensuring facilities that are to be enjoyed by both the parties. It has been observed that intervention of the outsourcing agents have often worsened the situation. This is how the most effective chances are to be specified with the help of a diagonal objective. The most significant understanding of the entire case has to be the basic chance for making out a process of distributions management system through an effective strategy. These strategies can be executed through discount policies that ensure best items or services in reasonable price. Such process would not only cut the overall cost of shipping and distribution, but would also ensure longer terms of business contract. In order to run a business, an organization is authentically expected to adhere to some certain rules and regulations and code of conducts formulated by government. These are followed in order to ensure a strong participation in the public forum thus confirming the establishment of the base that has to be taken in order to confirm the establishment of business in official acknowledgement. The interrelationship between the external stakeholders and the organization has been studied with the help of empirical manner. The interrelationship between the organization and its internal stakeholders becomes quite effective in determining the success of a business internal stakeholders are the managing body and the workforce of the organization who are directly associated with the organization. They are the core members of the organization. As a matter of fact, it has the positive understanding of the fact, pertaining to the understanding of the issues pertaining to the effective case so as to find out how this would delve into the process of strengthening the human resource management system. During the placement of the workers, it needs to be ensured that the provision of support needs to be driven from the managers. For instance, the banquet manager during an event would be the most flexible ones for the allocation of staff. Communication management becomes effectively essential in terms of making it a proper understanding with the fact of basic provision for the entire concept. The needs of the clients are to be taken into consideration while strategizing the concept of risk management. During the short in the staff movement, a lacuna is always created that hinders overall development of communication. This woul d definitely become important while demonstrating professional success of an organization. Throughout the years and tenures of my work, I have been focusing on defensive skills of the entire business opportunities. However, in the later years I change my strategy in a different mode. I became more aggressive towards my work thus causing a fast service options. My priority to the creation of strong relationship between the workers and the organization has motivated many of the staffs thus resulting in an effective consequence with the change management system. This is how the basic strategy has remained quite simple for the understanding of the entire case pertaining to the motto of the organization. I kept belief in my staff thus letting them work freely and I had always embraced the thoughts of innovation.
